Join the Hudson Valley Branch of the American Begonia Society for our final meeting of 2026 on Saturday, November 7 at 12 p.m. Eastern at Marlowe Artisanal Ales! Let’s close out the year with Begonias, good company, and a look ahead to 2027.

Bring your competition terrarium for judging and enjoy seeing what fellow members have created. Whether you’re entering or just coming to admire the displays, join us to celebrate everyone’s work!

🗳️ 2027 Officer Elections

Help choose our 2027 officers! We’re inviting nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Branch Director. You can nominate yourself or other members for multiple positions in one form submission. The form includes each role’s responsibilities; please include each nominee’s name and email address or phone number.

Nominations remain open through Saturday, November 7, until voting begins at the meeting. You can nominate online or in person at the meeting. All nominees must agree to serve.

✂️ Member Cutting Swap

We’ll have our usual member cutting swap! Bring healthy, pest-free cuttings to share with fellow members.

🎁 Optional Plant-Themed White Elephant Gift Exchange

Bring one wrapped, plant-themed gift valued at $20 or less. Healthy, pest-free plants and cuttings, pots, and plant accessories are welcome. We’ll hand out numbers when you arrive; no advance signup is needed. Participation is optional, and you’re welcome to enjoy the meeting whether or not you join the exchange.

💚 Year-End Wrap-Up

We’ll reflect on our year together, share ideas for 2027, and enjoy one last afternoon of plant conversation before the winter break.
